Build failure looks to be a persistent issue from previous builds and unrelated to changes |

Pull Request #177 accomplishes the same thing but is more thorough, but I can see it's still open with additional changes needed. If that PR is not going to be updated I may submit a new one that attempts to address the issues it had |

Added basic install targets and package config for CMake so the library can be used with 'cmake --build --target install' and find_package(...)
