The system tries to handle this at its best. But I won't fix this (yet). PyFunceble will ingest what you give it. In fact, I used to handle such cases in the past. But right now, it's not my priority to fix this. This issue will come along with the development and improvement of the auto continue mechanism (over time).

My actual response is that to counteract the "issue", the duplicates are removed from the output (files).
