Removed shutdown()

Removed the shutdown() action as we couldn't remember the reason why we had it, and it was causing causing conflicts with other plugins.

Added composer config file

Just added a composer config file and created a new release on GitHub

Restructred settings

The plugins settings are now moved to WP-GraphQL settings panels, and @kidunot89 did a lot of work to improve the way they work (in some cases, making them actually work).

Login mutation bug fixes

• Fixed bug with login inputs not being sent to mutation function
• Fixed server error with error message on invalid login
• Updated readme

Clean up

Cleaned up some small things and set version number correctly
