The city names in parentheses are nl_BE translations from the associated fr_BE names.
‘occidentale’, ‘orientale’, ‘wallon’ and ‘flamand’ are all adjectives here. As such, they need to be written in lower case in fr_BE.
Remove the words inside parentheses and put them in front of the names, as people would do when writing country names. The versions with parentheses are only used in alphabetical listings, not in real-world situations.
