VCS init bugfix

Fixes a bug in VCS init function, where memory was not cleared properly due to inverting txs and tsx.

Added ability to pass arguments to l65 main script.
Empty sections are no more removed by default.

Added .ttt (TIATracker) import.
Fixed various small bugs.
