Adding this updated version of the initial MAVE Assay Variant Effect Profile drafts defined here (https://github.com/ga4gh/va-spec/blob/1.x/schema/profiles/assay-var-effect-source.yaml), that reflects outcomes of recent modeling calls/discussions, and aspires to support data from additional implementations/use cases (e.g. CIViC).
