@ahwagner can you remind me why we are disabling genotype?

This is the 1.3 Genotype, but during development of that model we agreed with members of the community that we would reassess Genotype before bringing into 2.x due to possible changes from SV and/or phasing work. For example, Mrinal has already opened ga4gh/vrs#463 to discuss some updates to this model associated with the SV SIG.
