Purpose of this change to ensure the schema defintions are pulled from the opentofu registry over terraform registry. Initial changes are working but the schema library is not avaiable as a shared lib hence the fork gamunu/opentofu-schema Signed-off-by: Gamunu Balagalla <gamunu@fastcode.io>
