We already packed several segmentation tools in anatROIs. With these tools, it is possible to obtain several different ROIs out of the box.

Create your own parcellations

You can add new parcellation files as annotation files and anatROIs will obtain the individual subjects space volumetric gray-matter ROIs for you. They can be:

• Existing atlas in Freesurfer's fsaverage space you download
• Manual drawings you do in top of Freesurfer's inflated fsaverage brain
• ROIs you obtained from fMRI analyses
