We could show this always, but it would be a change and it seems a little friendlier to omit zero nanoseconds, since so many duration will be 0ns, and it won't be interesting.

On the other hand, ignoring some differences isn't a very good way to present the data!

I have fixed CI failures, which happened because I missed a skip in some circumstances.

(This suggests to me that we should be making sure that all optional prereqs are installed on CI!)
