We had a workshop for DCMI today and there were some errors when saving a mapping. I think there are two separate, but related issues:

If you copy an existing mapping belonging to another user, it is not possible to save that mapping. For some reason, the URI does not get removed during copy, so the request to save it fails. (Easy to replicate.)
In other situations (not sure how to replicate), you can get an error saying that the mapping URI belongs to a different registry. Again, it seems the URI did not get removed.

One small change seems to have fixed the issues.
