https://github.com/kana/vim-textobj-user allows users (and plugins) to define custom text objects. Supporting these would be very useful.
(My rudimentary knowledge of vimscript suggests that this should already work, but it doesn't)

I think I've fixed this issue. I've tested the fix with a couple of custom text objects suggested in https://github.com/kana/vim-textobj-user/blob/master/README.md and Wildfire seems to work as expected.
