almacannot: Simple functions for the reannotation of Almac and Affy probe sets

This package provides few simple functions for the re-annotation of Affymetrix based platforms (like Almac). The package assumes that the following workflow has been followed:

1. The raw fasta sequences have been aligned using bowtie. ADD A SHORT DESCRIPTION
2. Bowtie output has been preprocessed with the python scripts ADD HERE THE NAME OF THE PYTHON SCRIPTS
3. The output of the python scripts is used as input for the functions used in the package.
