uses CodeReadyBuilder like RHEL9.
update role to support this platform once Vagrant/Docker/other container images exist.

Checkpoint: role completes cleanly with release of Dataverse 5.13 over current Rocky-9.1 Bento/Vagrant box with rserve enabled. Next to test EC2 spin-up script with maven, warfile compilation and integration test suite.
