This is the Google Cloud Project which is nothing but a simple Telegram Bot which is a response-based interactive script!

Below are the list of commands and their respective purpose displayed on using '/helpline':

/start -> The message "Hello! Welcome to GCECT" is displayed.

/helpline -> This command displays all the usable commands for the bot and their respective use/purpose.

/content -> The various weather details of different areas/regions are displayed with the following attributes:
   basic weather details, which include:
   -Temperature
    -Humidity
    -Visibility
    -Sunrise
    -Sunset and,
    -Weather Condition.

/basic_weather OR /weather -> Diplays the details as specified by /content

/sunrise -> Displays the time of sunrise for a city at that time

/sunset -> Displays the time of sunset for a city at that time
