Linux Kernel for GDK850 with RK3328 SoC

This is the soruce tree of kernel space code for GDK850(https://www.nanocode.cn/#/gdk8/index). The kernel version is 4.19 and it's mostly compatible with Android and Ubuntu 18.04 rootfs.
