Limit keyword length in YOURLS

This plugin limits the number of minimal characters allowed for the custom keyword.

####Instructions:

Copy the 'limit-min-keyword-length' folder to user/plugins/.
If needed, edit the value of $min_keyword_length in the plugin.php file.
Activate the plugin in the YOURLS admin interface.
