With geerlingguy/drupal-vm#2076 we found another unlocked package that can cause issues in the future. Once Drupal vm gets a new release I say we start locking the box version so this can’t happen again.

Actually we should probably lock it to 2.0.9 so it doesn’t break on old repos that don’t bump Drupal vm.
