ENH: expose query_name in source #208

Enabling passing a string from source to query_name to fetch the TileProvider in a more flexible way as we have in explore in GeoPandas.

Closes #190

Quick question: where's query_name live here? I can't find it on the code base

Nope, that is a method of xyzservices.Bunch. And since providers is a Bunch, it comes from there.
