Export wiki content as markdown documents in the repo #1319

We want to have the documentation (expecially the developer's guide) content versioned.
So we need to:

export documentation that is in the wiki in markdown format (starting from the developer's guide: https://github.com/geosolutions-it/MapStore2/wiki/Developers-Guide)
save them in a new docs folder in the repo
mantain the links between pages
