October 1, 2024 (Armed Forces Day) has been designated as a temporary public holiday.
Minor changes have been made to ensure /etc/update_krx_holidays.py functions properly. This allows the temporary public holiday on October 1, 2024, to be reflected in the dumped_precomputed_krx_holidays.
When running "python etc/make_exchange_calendar_test_csv.py XKRX", October 1, 2024 (2024-10-01) was still present. Therefore, tests/resources/xkrx.csv has been manually modified. I hope this will not cause any issues.
