Hello Alby, please meet Tor

This is the first release of the Alby companion app that allows the Alby browser extensions to connect to nodes behind Tor.

The app has Tor embedded (thanks to libtor) so it does not have any runtime dependencies.
Once Alby does a request to an .onion address the app connects to the Tor network and proxies the request through Tor.
