Description
Deleting apps after using it doesn't work as of now because using the app would populate the
request_eventsandresponse_eventstables and deletion of app casades the deletion ofapp_permissions,paymentsandrequest_eventsbut theresponse_eventswhich are linked to therequest_eventsare not cascaded and that causes the issue.
