Announce license

Once we have the license written and committed to we should announce it.

Sentry is having a launch week on November 13–17 and I've been asked to make Friday the 17th about our Open Source efforts, and we're settling into the new license as the thing we want to announce. That's coming up pretty soon! 😱

The intention is to have an ~hour-long livestream, a blog post, and of course the finalized license and website. If any other companies are able to commit to this timeline we would love to have you as launch partners. 🙏

Launch partners (#8) are a nice-to-have, more important to us that we hit the Nov 17 date than to have others relicense on short notice.
