Error "The organization you were looking for was not found." when trying to access performance/*

Environment

self-hosted (https://develop.sentry.dev/self-hosted/)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click any item under the "Performance" dropdown on the sidebar.
2. I can see that Performance -> Queries has a HREF of https://sentry.test/organizations/{org}/performance/database/ but when clicked redirects to https://sentry.test/insights/database/
3. Error message is displayed: The organization you were looking for was not found.

Expected Result

1. I would expect to see the performance queries tab not to redirect to a wrong URL

Actual Result

1. Error message The organization you were looking for was not found. is displayed
