What is this PR

  • Some corporate Google accounts have no access to People API, so we try to parse access token to get an information
  • content-security-policy is removed from server responses because it does not allow us to modify application's CSS
  • release candidate pipeline is added to build pre-release from any branch with tag line v1.2.3-b4
