Training size too big..Any suggestions? #2

Never ran into this problem before :) how come your screenshot says
python2.7? Were you trying either env?

It says 2.7 because it's my default kernel but I changed it before I reran everything by selecting the different python 3 kernel.
Yeah I tried both, I also tried to open the tar file manually from the command line and it kept giving me errors? Not really sure what's going on
