Second release - with some configurability

This release mostly adds the ability to change the configuration at runtime, selecting between some predefined profiles.

First Pre-Release

This is the first published release - it's fully-functional, able to program an AT28C256 or AT28C64B, and through config changes in code should also work for other EEPROMs.
