This setting got deprecated and had no effect for a long time. On Puppet 6 it will now fail to start. Also see: https://docs.puppet.com/puppet/4.3/deprecated_settings.html#ignorecache
Deprecation Warnings: puppetlabs_spec_helper: defaults `mock_with` to `:mocha`. See https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppetlabs_spec_helper#mock_with to choose a sensible value for you
