Personalize the card

In order to personalize the card and to load the CA cert in the card, more details can be found here (page 62): http://www.gbernabe.net/reports/Master_thesis.pdf. It is planned to implement a more convenient method with some automated tools compatible with recent operating systems, actually one must use the old tools of the project "OpenEAP smartcard", which are only compatible with Windows XP SP2 (and maybe prior versions).
