Auto generate PR title and body

On creating a PR on Github, if the PR has more than 1 commit here's what I propose we do

Change PR Title to Pull Request from ${currentBranch} to ${baseBranch}
Change Description to contain the commit titles of all commits.

This is also what Github does.
