Struct plugin with Bootstrap3

Struct plugin Schema is not displaying after save with Bootstrap3

Steps to Reproduce

1. Intall struct plugin
2. Go to additional section in admin panel --> Struct - Schemas editing
3. create a new schema, add a field then save

Expected behavior: struct plugin works with DokuWiki template (see screenshots)

Actual behavior: schema is not displaying with Bootstrap3 template but the data/meta/struct.sqlite3 is well formed anyway.
