You've still not read and followed the instructions in the CONTRIBUTING.md file and your new language clearly does not meet the documented usage requirements:

We try only to add new extensions once they have some usage on GitHub. In most cases we prefer that each new file extension be in use in at least 200 unique :user/:repo repositories before supporting them in Linguist (but see #5756 for a temporary change in the criteria).

Your PRs will not be considered until you submit a valid PR and your language meets The popularity requirement.

Closing. Please do not open another until your language is popular enough.
