The `<dialog>` element specifications support dismissing an open element by submitting a `<form method="dialog">` or by submitting a `<form>` with a `<button formmethod="dialog">` element. This commit adds support for either of those methods as an alternative to a `<button type="button" data-dialog-close>` element.
