Description
This PR adds a new section, and more tutorials to GBE, based on #157.
There are multiple issues with GBE's environment & tutorial generations (see issues), as well as some Gno issues, such as this. But for now, the content is there.
In talks with @alexiscolin to work on fixing styling issues, and once VM issues are fixed I will add some additional things to the tutorials.
