## Description This PR moves the `Effective Gno` page from How-to's, to Concepts, and also reorders the Concepts section in the sidebar. To follow the Diataxis framework more closely, `Effective Gno` should be in the Concepts ([Explanation](https://diataxis.fr/explanation/)) section.
