Feature Description

With #27304, action runner registration tokens are now reusable. However the docs still specify that they are single use:

gitea/docs/content/usage/actions/quickstart.en-us.md

Lines 63 to 64 in 1ca947b

`token` is used for authentication and identification, such as `P2U1U0oB4XaRCi8azcngmPCLbRpUGapalhmddh23`.
It is one-time use only and cannot be used to register multiple runners.
