Since #20805, code can be hidden.
However, the related settings are still shown even though they don't have any meaning then.

also, speaking from a UX perspective:
It's never a good idea to hide settings completely.
Simply disable them (at best with a tooltip) in that case.

Fine for now.
I'd still prefer not hiding settings completely (it's more user friendly to disable them instead of outright hiding them), but I can accept the current approach for now.
