So we don't get issues like #29080 and #29273 any more. Only active in production builds, in non-production the errors will still show.

I would suggest to check window.config.runModeIsProd and maybe also check whether current user is admin (in case the site admin tries to help users to figure out why "something doesn't work")

runModeIsProd seems good, but the admin thing I wouldn't do, it's too strange behaviour do so something different per user role and admins can also have broken extensions installed.

Now uses runModeIsProd.
