Unmarshaller currently uses
*csv.Readeras its input, however we can loosen this restriction and just internally use the pre-existingCSVReaderinterface instead as defined indecode.goMy use case for this is due to a file that uses multi-character field delimiters
||and this is unsupported by golang'sencoding/csv
