Update note on exporting SkeletonProfiles in "Retargeting 3D Skeletons" #9123

The previous note was rather vague - granted, it was written 2 years ago - so I had to look at the source code for the Skeleton3D editor plugin to even find out what it meant.

Hopefully this makes the note clearer.
