Godot version:
3.2 beta 2 official

OS/device including version:
macOS Catalina 10.15.1

Issue description:
When "Half Resolution" option is enabled in the 3D view settings, the GridMap offsets the cursor by 2x from the top-left of viewport.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add a GridMap
  2. Enable "Half Resolution" in 3D view settings
  3. Try to paint on the GridMap

Related to #13364 (which is about 3D selection in general).

I can confirm this on commit 8fb7481.

This is still happening in v4.0.2.stable.official [7a0977c], macOS Ventura 13.0.1.
