Adds performance note for parsing source geometry.

Related to #68642.

Performance problems from reading Mesh resources in the navigation mesh baking process are common. Reading back the mesh data from the RenderingServer and GPU is slooooow.

Users do not necessarily know that their performance problems, when parsing source geometry for the navigation mesh baking on the main thread, are often related to the used resource type and not the parsing process in general.

Adds performance note for parsing source geometry.
