This PR updates the s:jupytext_fileype_map to use default filetypes for python and julia.
Also bumps version.

Let me know if you want to squash commits, make changes, use different version etc.

default python filetype is 'python' no 'py'
default julia filetype is 'julia' no 'jl'

Please don't bump the version in the PR. I will release after this is merged, but I'll do the version bumping myself (besides, 0.1.1+dev would be the version after the release is tagged)
