define var of vendor

Hello.
i defined variable for vendor.

I appreciate the PR, but I'm not sure this adds much. The directory name vendor isn't ever going to change, and isn't defined by us. And, the go toolchain also just uses a string literal "vendor" wherever it references it, so using the string literal is consistent with existing systems.
