The root README.md is documentation for the GitHub repo, shown on the https://github.com/google/aiyprojects-raspbian. src/README.md is documentation for the API, which can't contain relative links to files in the GitHub repo. Fixes google#214.

As far as "we" can figure out the "aiyprojects" branch has been created to service the AIY Vision Kit.
The following also applies to the new image aiyprojects-2017-12-18.img .xz which I have checked
The readme file has obviously been cloned from the voicekit branch and not been amended for the aiyprojects branch
For instance the file makes several references to the AIY Voice KIt and has zero mentions of the AIY Vision Kit
