It would be great if /docs/contribution-guidelines/ could be something you could overrride, maybe in the config.toml.

I moved my contribution section around a bit, and this broke things 😢

* fix: account for manual pushes in hugoify workflow

Manual pushes sent from a locally-run CI instance will not contain the
commit hash of the repository at the time of push, so the line that gets
