Unfortunately, a similar problem is now reproducible on current Safari desktop (macOS) release. Verified on version 10.0.3 (12602.4.8). |

The original issue (#1194) is not reproducible on devices or simulator with a current iOS release anymore. The fix introduced regressions for tooltips, so we are reverting.
