G/g with breve is missing #13

G/g with breve (U+011E, U+011F) is missing. Maybe they are there but the breve is just clipped off, so it might be a display issue; in fact both in the pdf file "Golos_Overview" and in "Glyphs" section at the Google Fonts Website, there appear to be two plain G's and two plain g's with no accent whatsoever on top.

Without "G with breve", the font doesn't currently support for example Turkish language among few others, unlike what is stated at GF Website.

Update golos font to fix G/g breve issue

Since the [issue](googlefonts/golos-text#13) for it hasn't been updated for a while. I have decided to use fontforge to add reference to breve for G and g

Since the [issue](googlefonts/golos-text#13) for it hasn't been updated for a while. I have decided to use Glyphs app to modify the font and add breve to those characters.
