Initial costumeIndex for sprite not working #317

Archive.zip

In the above project, sprite NiuXiaoQi has 2 costumes & is configured with

{
  "costumeIndex": 1,
}

We expect it to be rendered with the second costume, while it is rendered with the first costume, which seems that the config costumeIndex does not take effect.
